The Monitoring Sector of the Agency for Electronic Media has published an analysis of the programming structure of the commercial TV channels with regional and local coverage.

The broadcasting licences for local multiplexes and and/or electronic communications networks without analogue radio-frequencies, allowing local or regional coverage, have been awarded to the following nine broadcasters:

• “Atlas Media Group” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV A1 Montenegro”
• “Boin” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV Boin”
• “M-Corona” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV Corona”
• “Zen Master Production” d.o.o. for TV channel “Novi TV”
• “Lutrija Crne Gore” a.d. for TV channel “777 TV Lutrija Crne Gore”
• NGO „Društvo za ravnopravnost i toleranciju – AI”, for TV channel “Srpska TV”
• „Sun Sun” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV Sun”
• „Mir i Teuta” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV Teuta”
• „Manix” d.o.o. for TV channel “TV Mne Sport”
